You may ask yourself what do these two have in common, but you may be surprised to hear the answer.
Sports and dating are two activities that actually compliment each other and can be quite fun.
I am a sports fan and love the NBA Playoffs not to mention other professional sports. Sports used to be only a “guy” thing, but more and more women these days are out there at the games rooting and cheering for their teams. Just look at the NBA, you won’t see a Laker home game without Dyan Canon sitting in the front row cheering for her beloved purple and gold. More and more women actually prefer spending their first date at a game rather then sitting across a table from someone they have just met and trying to come up with witty conversation. Going to a game is a great way to ease the tension of a first date and just let go and have fun.
I was amazed to see just how many women are into sports these days, and are looking for men who share their same passion. Dating and sports is on the rise now that more women enjoy a game of basketball or football and actually understand what is going on. The term “football widow” is fading and instead of women waiting at home or in another room while their guy is watching football, they join them! What guy who is into sports wouldn’t like their girlfriend or wife to be there rooting and cheering with them rather than nagging them about watching ‘another game’.
